Thompsons NI Solicitors secures compensation for injured machine operator

The machine operator was ensuring that all packages were in order and that they were continuously moving through the two belts in operation. While completing her task, the worker’s finger was sliced off by the machinery.

The injury was painful and permanently reduced the worker’s ability to use her hand. Due to the nature of her work, she had was absent from work for over three months.
